Sarah is a reproductive advocate with a mission. For more than half a decade she has been supporting people experiencing all pregnancy outcomes and knows everyone should have a right to bodily autonomy and reproductive freedom. As a full spectrum doula, she holds space for people to find their voice in the midst of their decision making and knows that they are in charge of their care.
Sarah comes from a background in herbalism. She studied at The Florida School of Holistic Living and brings that knowledge to her clients by offering the use of herbs before, during and after someone's pregnancy experience. She is also a Placenta Encapsulation Specialist.
A triad of doula care, herbalism and placenta encapsulation makes Sacred Transitions a one stop shop!

More often than not a Doula is thought to be a person who supports someone during labor. A Full Spectrum Doula realizes that a baby isn't always the outcome of pregnancy. Oftentimes, a pregnancy can end in a miscarriage, stillbirth or termination. Full Spectrum Doula's bring the doula model of care to all pregnancy experiences and outcomes.
Sacred Transitions views pregnancy and birth as part of a full spectrum of reproductive and/or parenting experiences that includes (and is by no means limited to) fertility, pregnancy prevention, miscarriage and loss, abortion, surrogacy, adoption, conception through medical technologies, and the postpartum period. As doulas, we provide educational, informational, physical, and emotional support for all of these choices and outcomes.
Full Spectrum Doulas are reproductive rights advocates who support people in making informed decisions. We believe that every person knows what is best for themselves and we want to support them through their process. A Full Spectrum Doula believes that their work is not just in childbirth, but that it covers all pregnancy outcomes.

•Cortisone: combats stress and unlocks energy stores.
•Interferon: stimulates the immune system to protect against infections.
•Prostaglandins: anti-inflammatory.
